The personal data communicated by the Client are collected and processed by Me MERCIER, acting as data controller, only for the purpose of making contact, processing and monitoring of customer files, setting fees, billing and collection.
By respect of the professional secrecy, all information is for the sole destination of the lawyer and her authorized personnel, collaborators and trainees included.
The data collected is not transmitted to commercial or advertising actors.
This data may be communicated to third parties only for the needs of your case, in the strict framework of the mandate you have entrusted to the Firm (courts, offices, state agencies, experts, bailiffs, judicial agents, ...) or to the providers of the Firm for maintenance, computer support and / or hosting data.
The data are kept in France, only as long as necessary for the purposes pursued, in accordance with legal or regulatory requirements.
For legitimate reasons, the Client may object to the processing of his/her data. However, the Client's attention is drawn to the fact that failure to provide all relevant information may prevent the lawyer from processing the request or delay the processing thereof.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU/ 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 in its latest version in force, the Client has the right to access, rectify, delete or erase his/her personal data, to limit or object to the processing of his/her personal data, as well as the right to portability of his/her personal data.
