Nathalie MERCIER has over 15 years of experience in the field of intellectual property and audiovisual law.

 

 

After 10 years of practice at the Paris Bar from 2004 to 2014, in law firms with proven expertise in intellectual property and/or audiovisual law (SCP BITOUN & Associés, Cabinet BARJON, BENECH Avocats), Nathalie MERCIER joined the SONY Group as Legal Director - Business Affairs within SONY PICTURES TELEVISION PRODUCTION FRANCE (which became SATISFY in 2020 and is now part of the SATISFACTION Group).

 

 

Her experience within the Sony Group has allowed her to acquire expertise and a mastery of the multiple problems posed by the production/distribution of audiovisual programs. This includes issues related to the daily life of audiovisual bodies, such as music publishing, advertising, employment law for intermittent workers, insurance law or competition law.
